Gordon Ramsay released a duet on TikTok on May 28, 2022, in response to plant-based inventor Julius Fiedler’s video, in which he produced a vegan tahini and miso ramen dish.

“Is Gordon Ramsay going vegan?” “That’s right,” Fiedler stated at the start of his video, to which Ramsay quickly answered. Naturally, this has followers speculating if Ramsay is suddenly a vegan.

Though Ramsay appeared to affirm that he was “becoming vegan” in the video, he accompanied it with the phrase “Sometimes I can be friendly to [vegans],” implying that he does not identify with vegans.

So, despite Ramsay’s casual positive response to the question about his being vegan, there doesn’t appear to be enough proof that he is fully avoiding animal products.

Gordon Ramsay likes to graze on small plates throughout the day when it comes to the remainder of his meals.

“I prefer the Asian style of four, five little meals a day,” he told Delish, “because I’m full by the time I get to an entrée.” “I prefer to swallow little quantities and go on; I’m rather fussy in that regard.”

Gordon will train up to 5 days a week for his Ironman, swimming on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

He then puts 8-hour day on Sunday that includes a 180-kilometer bike ride and a 10-15-kilometer run.

Chef Ramsay gets roughly 3 hours of sleep per night, thanks to his 2 a.m. bedtime. It’s a demanding schedule, but Ramsay makes up for it by taking it easy on the weekends – no work on Saturdays and Sundays.

In 2018, he made news when he stated he had dropped approximately four stone, or 3st 8lbs, dropping from 18 stone to 15. There’s science behind Gordon’s attitude to eating, too.

According to Jorge Cruise, author of The 3-Hour Diet, if you don’t eat frequently enough, your body goes into “starvation defense” mode, which means it stores fat rather than burning it for energy.

According to Cruise, eating every three hours efficiently resets your metabolism, allowing you to burn fat throughout the day.
